Scott Rosario is a visionary leader whose journey reflects resilience, service, and meaningful impact. Born in Newburgh, NY and raised in Tampa, FL, he developed discipline through early construction work and teamwork in school clubs. After graduating from Leto High in 1992, he served eight years in the U.S. Army Signal Corps, earning multiple commendations. His post-military career included roles in insurance, law enforcement with SAPD, and operations leadership at the American Red Cross. He holds an MBA and was the first in his family to earn a graduate degree. Now at Aid the Silent, Scott brings his drive for advocacy and operational excellence to serve the deaf community. At the heart of his world is his wife, Jennifer. Together, they’ve raised six incredible kids and now enjoy empty nesting adventures exploring museums, antique shops, and discovering hidden gems. Scott’s happiest with Jennifer by his side, whether tasting bourbon or catching a Marvel movie.
