DESCRIPTION:Between the daily COVID-19 change and flood of information\, the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (SAHCC) exists to help small businesses forge pathways during these unrelenting economic conditions. \n\n \n\nThis is a big reason why the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is pleased to invite you to participate in our OPERATING SAFELY DURING COVID-19 event on Friday\, August 21\, 2020 from 7:45 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at and with The College of Health Care Professions (CHCP). \n\n \n\nThis in-person and virtual event is being held to show businesses and their customers how to operate safely\, take appropriate care of their employees\, and increase consumer confidence during this pandemic. Come learn how the SAHCC Health and Bio Science Committee and the SAHCC Small Business Committee have collaborated to bring this unique and demonstrative opportunity to help businesses learn how to operate more safely.  Please note that this event will be limited to an 80-person on-site maximum and all health and safety protocols will be practiced throughout the event for the safety of our guests\, staff\, and volunteers attending in-person.\n\n\n\nAs part of our event agenda\, breakfast will be provided prior to the opening remarks.  From there\, you can expect to hear from our new President & CEO\, Marina Gonzales\, from our City Mayor\, Ron Nirenberg\, and many more industry experts and leaders in our community.  \n\n\n\nAdditionally\, presentation topics that will be covered during the morning include 'Mental Health Resiliency'\, 'Operating Safely During COVID-19'\, 'COVID-19 Testing and Guidance for Employees'\, and 'Small Business Assistance'.  Finally\, the event will end with a lunch and panel discussion.
